About Decluttered Mind

Welcome to Decluttered Mind. I'm dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with hoarding behaviours. Discover my journey, unique approach, and how I can help you find peace in your home and mind.

My journey to Decluttered Mind

I've worked with people in cluttered environments for over 4 years, I've seen the impact it has on their quality of life. Many of my clients feel deeply ashamed of their living situation, which makes reaching out for help so difficult.

I have met people from all walks of life, with different reasons for their clutter. I've supported them in making a  difference to their lives—and I've been told I was the first person who truly understood their challenges. This inspired me to offer specialist support in this area.

My unique approach

My approach is built on a solid foundation of practical experience and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and client-led.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to help you understand your behaviours, navigate change, and build practical strategies to manage your environment, including:

  • Learning how to let go of items safely
  • Understanding the meaning behind your belongings
  • Managing emotional overload and overwhelm
  • Restoring a true sense of safety and calm at home

Who benefits from my counselling?

Decluttered Mind is for people ready to transform their life and environment, offering compassionate support to work through:

  • Grief and loss
  • Deep emotional attachments
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Learned behaviours
  • Neurodivergent challenges
